At my open house on Sunday I had the pleasure of meeting a fine art photographer that is a native son to Northwest Glendale - Jason Dolbier. 1013 Newby might looke like a good deal, but it is a short sale, so your chances of buying it are clouded.  Check here later for a tutorial buying short sales, probates and forclosures.  1516 Irving mystifies me.  That is a fantastic house and a fantastic deal.  The agent is no slouch either (no, it’s not me, just someone I respect)  Someone - buy that home!  Please!

And 1566 Ridgeway, the saga continues.  This is that home on the corner of Ridgeway and Sunset that has a pool and nothing else in the back.  They listed it for $699,000, had multiple offers and then raised the price?!  I see it is finally pending - let’s see if it actually closes.
