It’s Party Time down at the village, y’all! The Kenneth Village Merchant’s Association is throwing their annual Fall Festival from 3 - 6 pm on October 20th. This yearly cute-fest has adorable kids and babies parading about in costumes, parents chatting with old friends and lots of typical small town moments that make Kenneth Village such a local treasure.
