I just started reading this fantastic new book called “Wikinomics - How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything” by Don Tapscott and Anthony D. Williams.

The basic idea of the book is that Web 2.0 is a place where everyone can collaborate together to create amazing resources like Wikepedia, YouTube and MySpace, that are open, ever changing and a free exchange of ideas and knowledge.  The question is, how can this impact our local real estate industry?

I think there is an opportunity to create a space for open exchange of ideas and knowledge right here in Northwest Glendale.  What interests you?  Sales?  For sales? Whose buying?  Why? Foreclosures and Defaults? Community?  Architecture?Kendyl and Spencer at 1411 Virginia

I would love to get your comments.  Ask me anything - I’ll get you an answer.

Switching gears, here.  My daughter, Spencer, and I had a great time on the Hoover High School PTSA Holiday Home Tour.  Here’s a picture of us in front of 1411Virginia. Yes, Spencer is tall.  Yes, I’m starting to feel - well - mature.  The homes were gorgeous, the flowers and decorations beautiful and the guides did an outstanding job!  The best part, though, is enjoying an outstanding California day with my daughter.  Priceless.
