The Subject Property
1405 N. Columbus is simply one of the loveliest homes I’ve ever been privileged to market. Professionally designed by the interior designer homeowner and completely automated by the engineer/technical homeowner- this home truly represents the best of form AND function.
The Comparables
1320 Idlewood. This is home was completely redone a few years ago. While the design is up to today’s standards, the quality is a bit on the Home Depot side. It retains the charming set of narrow arched windows at the front. This block of Idlewood as very few trees lining the street.
1446 Ardmore. The location of this home is similar, though slightly more desirable, than the subject property. It is a smaller home with 2 bedrooms and just 1.5baths. This also means there is no Master Suite. However,the pool and spa are in the back are very nice.
1548 Ridgeway. Located above Kenneth Rd. The home is mostly remodeled and it has a similar sized backyard- however the yard has not been improved. Home does not have a master suite.
