Let’s face it, it is really tough to find a home to buy, these days. Inventory is at historic low levels and there are a lot of buyers competing for those precious few homes.
A common idea is to find a home before it hits the open market. Afterall, if you can do that you won’t have to compete with other buyers and you could score a great deal, right?
