If you want to buy a bank owned Glendale Home, be prepared for frustration and lack of communication. It is not your agent’s fault. And, you’ll have to trust me that I know this, it isn’t any better if you make the offer through the actual listing agent! These REO guys are just too busy to give ANYone good information.
