Negotiating for Repairs

The seller got a great offer after 4 weeks of marketing and now we are in escrow.  The inspections are done, the appraisal is done.. now what?

The buyer submits their “request for repair”.  Loosely translated, “this means fix these items or I walk”.

My sellers think their home is in perfect condition and they are not expecting much in terms of a request.

The buyer thinks otherwise.  Watch what happens…
