About Kendyl Young
Kendyl Young has always been a Realtor–more or less.
After graduating from UCLA with a BA in Mass Communications, Kendyl had a very brief stint as a sales manager for P&G and then M&M/Mars. In 1987, she plunged into residential real estate and never looked back.
Kendyl has a talent for clear communication, effective business planning and strong negotiation skills. In 1992 she joined Coldwell Banker, in part, to associate with her mother, Bea Jue- an iconic Top Realtor in Glendale.
While maintaining uncompromising quality in her traditional marketing, Kendyl is on the cutting edge in using technology and social media to find the best possible advantage for her clients. In 2011, Kendyl joined Teles Properties because of their high end marketing and technology.
Kendyl is the proud mother of two exuberant teens and the privileged wife of an awesome husband and silent partner in her real estate business. She is an LA native and has a plethora of siblings, nieces and nephews in the local area.
