Whew! So much happened in one day! Let’s get to it.
1714 Cleveland - our lone new listing, but such a deal! Great location, excellent lot, lots of room, all for $849,000. You need to see this house.
Lots of aggressive price reductions - most still need to go a bit further, though.
We are still trending toward lower inventory. 1 new listing to 3 sales and 2 expireds. My opinion is the the smart buyers are picking off the gems - like Pacific and Highland, and the slow buyers may struggle a little bit.
The natural tendency for today’s buyers is to wait, wait, wait. All I’ve got to say is - don’t wait until you HAVE to buy.
