Wow.  Lots of activity to talk about today!

I’m so sorry that 1600 Ben Lomond is back on the market.  This is a great house and it is now at a great price.  The fact that this home stays available is a cautionary sign to all home owners - nothing is for certain.

Lots of price reductions as more homeowners either become more motivated or more realistic.  Newby and Omar are both battling with a few dramatic short sales and forclosures that recently sold in their area.  1901 Ransom is now an approved short sale and 1900 Ransom is just reacting (and not reacting enough) to the competition on the block.

My one bright spot today is that 1714 Cleveland is back in escrow!!  This time it looks like a solid deal, so I look forward to reporting the final sales price in the near future.

It has been very busy  this week!  If you ever wonder what I do all day, I can assure you it does not include sitting on a couch eating bon-bons.  Yesterday it was back to back home inspections, a listing interview and a photo shoot for a new listing that I hope to tell you about next week.  Whew!  I need a nap.  So does Liza (my right hand)
