Yesterday was an incredibly beautiful day in the neighborhood! I was on Cumberland yesterday and the smell of fresia, pink jasmine and sweet olive was intoxicating.  We have some truly talanted gardners in our area, that’s for sure.

Today we have a new listing and a sale.  1258 Idlewood is near the corner of Idlewood and Glenwood.   It has a deep front porch and has not been on the market in my lifetime.  I will really miss the neat lady that lived there - but I look forward to putting a neat family there now!  At $311 a square foot someone will be very happy.

1349 Allen is a very clean and attractive Spanish that is directly next to the Balboa Elementary playground.  The benefit here is the guarantee of peace and quiet on that side after 3 pm and all weekend long! I can’t wait to see what the actual sales price is.

That’s it for now.  I’ll be hangin’ out in Cumberland Heights today.  Wave if you see me!  I’m the one in the big floppy hat.  I need to protect this over 40 skin of mine!
