Happy April Fool’s Day!!!  Don’t fall for any cheap jokes or foolish pranks today.  For those of you who use g-mail, there is an amusing April Fool’s treat at the top of the page labeled G-Mail Custom Time.

Looks like we have a second day in a row of good New Listing activity.  526 Hazel is a short sale located off Flower near the Imagineering offices.   It is nearly backing to the Golden State (the Interstate 5 for the non-natives) and the agent has the brilliant description of “do not disturb occupants”.  That’s IT.  1114 Norton has a great description and 17 very informative photos… the agent is obviously brilliant, talented and an amazing marketeer of fine homes.  (Yes, me! ;-)).  More on this in a moment.  1614 Cumberland is an estate that I’ve been dying to see ever since the occupant passed away last year.  I made a typo on the lot size, I see.  It should be 23,426 sf.  The views  from this house are out of control good.
