This week we are scrambling to get several new listings on the market- some you’ve heard about and some you have not. All are in Northwest Glendale.
I would love to think I am the lone Realtor whose business defies the tide… but I am not. If I have a bunch of new listings coming, everyone else probably has listings coming.
That’s great news for the buyers out there!
Remember, the $8,000 first time home buyer tax credit only applies to homes that close escrow by November 30, 2009. To be safe, you need to be in escrow no later than October 15- that is just 5 weeks away!!! (Might I suggest 1250 Graynold? Move in ready and just $659,000)
Interest rates went down, slightly, over the last couple of weeks.
Stay tuned as I roll these guys out over the next week or so. First up is 1342 Sonora. I gotta go- this listing needs to get on the multiple list….
