848 Idlewood looks attractive at this price. For the “below Glenoaks” neighborhood, this is one of the best streets IMHO. Look at the size and the lot! Too bad it has such a Grandma look to the front.
300 Parkwood is a little know pocket of homes off Valley View. Homes rarely come on the market in this area and this one is a little gem at this price. I’ll admit, I don’t think it is a screamin’ deal, but it a very nice home.
On a side note, do any of you guys use twitter? Do any of you know what it is? It is instant micro blogging - I type 140 characters about what I am doing or thinking right now and anyone who follows my “tweets” will know what’s on my mind. I can’t, for the life of me, figure out why this is useful, and yet I suspect that it can be very cool. If you have thoughts on this, please let me know. If you tweet, let me know!
