Hello and Happy Monday!! Did you enjoy the Super Bowl? How about that 4rth quarter TD by the Giants? Even, I, the non-football watching wife, got a thrill from that one!
I was actually scheduled to hold 1212 Bruce open yesterday. However, the combo of rain, cold and Superbowl made for a likely waste of time - so I canceled. My sincere apologies to any who came over anyway.
Here is your activity chart for the last 4 days.

851 Idlewood, 1625 Kenneth and 1446 Ardmore are all either expired or removed from the market.
1433 Randall is in the Equestrian area below Lake. I’ll be surprised if this house sells. It has a high price, low aesthetic appeal, the MLS has almost no information - I had to look up house and lot size myself- and a substandard commission. Sheesh.
1410 Pacific is back on the market?! Bummer! I continue to think this is a great house with much to offer. Are we in a market where a major location flaw is fatal? Are the buyers going to need near ridiculous discounts to overcome a busy street? Stay tuned to find out. As far as I can tell, location and price are the only problem at this house.
1255 Winchester - what a cool house. This Spanish came on the market in December and slipped under everyone’s radar.
2050 Mountain - Louise’s house is now closed escrow. She is a great lady and I am sad to see her go. She and her husband built this home as their dream house and every detail of the construction was carefully scrutinized. I hope the new buyers appreciate the quality of their new home.
As a native born So. Cal girl I have to say - I’m done with this rain! I am looking forward to a dry and sunny week and the chance to see all of you as I make my usual rounds.
See you soon!
