You guys have all been asking me – what’s up with 920 Crestview?
For those who are new to the party, 920 Crestview is the home I listed for $875k, was roundly criticized by competitors for under pricing, sold in 10 days for 900k and then, right after it closed escrow, the new buyers listed it for $1,060,000. That was 18 months ago.
Many price reductions, some questionable occupants and a few upset neighbors later and the home has FINALLY CLOSED ESCROW. Everyone wants to know the price.
