Listing The Lovelies

It’s been a busy week, here, above the 134! I think we are getting ready for a strong fourth quarter. Here are a few of the notable new listings on the market this week.

576 South and 540 South are such a delicious contrast – I couldn’t resist pointing this out. (look at the prices and the size. Seriously? a $230k difference?) 576 South is a short sale that features a 3/2 front house and a 1/1 back unit. This block is zoned for multiple units, but the agent does not point this out. Listed at $600k, these people bought it in ‘06 for $840k. 540 South, on the other hand, is listed at $830k and those people bought it in ‘04 for $590k. There is no second unit, but the agent helpfully highlights the zoning. It is not a short sale.

3833 El Lado is in the very magical Whiting Woods. Have you ever been there? I swear to you that fairies and elves live amongst those Oaks. This home is an REO and a fabulous deal for the area. If you are a school minded person, this house is attached to CV High. The pictures show a clean, remodeled home.

Wow, 2055 Mountain is on the market! I never thought the owners of this gorgeous one story Colonial would ever sell. (Well, it is a trust sale). The home features a large backyard with a lovely pool and new AC and roof. The decor looks like upscale LOL. I think any family would feel quite “arrive-ed” if they lived here.

5222 Vista Lejana - another photo opp, here. I used to hold this open the last time it was for sale. Back then it was a magnificent estate that was in sore need of a make over. The whole place felt like Jay Gatsby and company had left decades ago. This lovely photo doesn’t begin to do the current home justice. Click here to see the rest of the photos.
