Boy.  Go to one all day meeting on Friday and all heck breaks loose in the neighborhood!  Ok - 1201 Alameda is an REO (bank owned).  Small house, small lot, many hoops for the buyer to jump through.  I am not impressed.  848 Idlewood is a normal sale and looks like a great deal to boot!  The listing agent gets the gold star for today -  this is the lone listing with a picture attached. 1349 Winchester is a classic example of a delusional seller.  Unless the house is amazing.  Oh!  We can’t tell because there is no photo and no description!!!!  Knuckleheads.

1332 Winchester is back on.  This is a shame because it is a cute little house with a great yard and pool.  I am really noticing a lot of escrows falling apart…

Speaking of escrows, 3 houses went IN to escrow! 1600 Ben Lomond (finally!!!) , 1334 Ruberta (short sale) and 1005 Kenneth (short sale) are in escrow and will hopefully CLOSE escrow.
