If there was ever proof that today’s buyer isn’t willing to pay top dollar for a large lot, 2051 W. Mountain is it. C’mon! This is nearly 15k of beautiful flat land in a very nice spot! In the last real estate market, people would gladly pay way more than the next house just because of the land.
Not today. While the home is lovely, filled with nice character and pretty improvements, it is nowhere near as nice as other, recent, sales. (910 Cumberland, for example). I think the best value for this home is for an avid tennis player.
That’s all for today, folks. I am off today, taking my daughter for a well deserved day at Universal Studios to celebrate her first straight A report card!!! Ok, it was for summer school, but why not celebrate everything?
