The new listing for Pelanconi has no exterior photo, so I’m not sure which house this is. Pelanconi is a very nice, wide street and the price seems good on paper. It is subject to lender approval, or short sale.
1400 Birch is in escrow!! I love this house and I know that the new buyer will be thrilled. There is a big difference in a home that is meant to be a “forever house” and one that is just remodeled to get it sold.
Ok, this rain can’t keep you all home forever. I need some great houses to market to the buyers! I am surprised at how slow the sellers are this year. It is a good thing that the inventory of homes is not growing, but a little newness in the inventory would be nice.
