1515 5th is sold as a bank REO.  The original price was set last year when the owners were trying to get out.  It is being sold as lot value, and as such, still pretty high.  So much for the theory that forclosures are always a steal!

1615 Ben Lomond is a great house - hasn’t been on the market in forever, well cared for, great lot, great location.   I think the price is good, too.

1714 Cleveland is in escrow.  I told you guys that was a good deal.  Did any of you snap it up?

1553 Ridgeway reduced, and this is a nice house.  BUT… sellers, take heed.  If you are going to reduce, and most of you need to, either reduce to get into a different pool of buyers or don’t reduce at all! If anyone in the current pool was interested, they would have made an offer.  All you are doing now is waiting for new buyers to enter the market. A 20k price adjustment does nothing in that game.

1516 Irving - what is up with this house??!!  I still think this is one of the nicest homes on the market and I think the value is outstanding.  Obviously, I am wrong, or this home would be sold by now.  However, if any of you want lots of space on an idyllic block, this is the house and you should have me show it to you!
