1553 Ridgeway

Are you kidding me? 1553 Ridgeway falls out of escrow and comes back on the market at a higher price. When they went into escrow the listing agents changed the list price down from $799,000 to $775,000. When they fell out of escrow they changed the price up to $789,000. I’m willing to bet some coin that the house was in escrow for $775,000 and I’ll bet every potential buyer out there is thinking the same thing - and start negotiating down from $775k. This is why a good agent would never disclose the sales price if the deal isn’t rock solid!!! Mark this post kiddos. It will be fascinating to revisit this house when it actually sells… and closes escrow.1644 Mountain

1644 W. Mountain is a bank owned house that has lots of square footage, but isn’t a very big house. There is a huge amount of space in the second level, but that level seems more like finished basement rather than part of the house. Still, I think it is a great value and someone should scoop that baby up.
