In general, I would rather be hot than cold. That being said, I am very happy for a return to more normal spring temps, here in beautiful Glendale - aren’t you?
429 Sonora is - well, challenged. Sonora is a busy street. The area below Lake is crowded. It is a short sale. The agent does not include any photos of the front of the house… and this is never a good sign. I’m pretty sure this needs to be way below $391/sf before it will sell.
1244 Justin is a really pretty house!!! It is not a big house, so the price per squres is a bit high, but the lot is good, the condition looks very nice (but Pergo floors throughout? What a tragedy!) and the location is nice. Not quite a deal alert, but a very nice buy, none-the-less. (Props to the agent for great photos, BTW)
Ok, this is the good stuff… 1520 Cedarhill - I can’t wait to get inside this beauty of a mid century yummy thing!! I have knocked and knocked on this door, trying to make a connection to this owner - but she told me on no uncertain terms that they would carry her out of there is a pine box. Sadly, (for me) she was right. (She was a really cool lady, BTW) Anyway, the relatives are now selling and I just think it is one of the coolest homes in town. I’ll report back after I’ve seen it on caravan!
