Sorry about missing Friday!  Much drama at the office.  Much.  I think everyone in the real estate industry has forgotten that our job is to match people with homes - and nothing else.  While the drama continues at the house of Coldwell and Banker, I will get back to selling homes.

SO!  New listings to talk about.  1243 Norton is a sweet, LOL house (little old lady). This home has not been in the market in decades, but I have chatted with the owner many times and I am sure that she has cared for this home in a meticulous manner.  At $640k, I don’t think it is a steal, but I think it has value.  And… you some really great neighbors!  ;-)

730 Omar.  The listing agent says the house is remodeled, there is a guest house and a pool.  With all of that jammed onto a 5400 SF lot, I doubt there is any yard. The house on Glenwood had a guest house and a pool. It closed for 600k.  Yes, it was next to Hoover, but this is below Glenoaks.  Hummn.  What do you think it will sell for?

516 South was a bank owned property and priced very aggressively.  Plus, the bank was offering a commission incentive to the buying agent. Looks like this was a smart move!

Gotta go, daddy-o!  A crystal clear, wind swept Glendale is waiting for me to visit!!!
