My hope for you is that you don’t get the flu. It is really nasty. I had it all last week and I’m still hacking away today. I know I should tell you that I am such a super agent that it was all business as usual - but it wasn’t. If I didn’t get back to you as fast as I normally do, my apologies! We will do infinitely better this week, promise.

With that out of the way, let’s get to it! Here’s your chart:

We had a nice, busy weekend! First up, 1212 Bruce is one of my new listings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to get a simple, clean home. Located above the Blvd., there is a remodeled Kitchen, fresh paint, hardwood floor under carpet and a large yard. 1611 Bel Aire is a corner home with potential. There are home improvement “projects” that were started and not finished. 1146 Norton is one to watch. When 1132 Norton sold for $885,000 I really regarded it as a stroke of good luck for the sellers. Right place right time - it can happen. 1146 Norton has very similar features, nearly 2000 sf, beautiful pool, nice curb presence. However, as I recall, the floor plan isn’t quite as nice and the lot does not have the pleasing width that 1132 Norton had. I can’t wait to see it!

In the “in escrow” category we have the foreclosure on Crestview. Assuming the previous tenants did no lasting harm to the house, I think this is a great deal! 831 W. Kenneth Rd. is my listing - I already told you guys all about it.

Are you staying dry?  Is your house doing ok with these astonishing rains?  Due to the rain and my sickness, I don’t think you’ll see much of me on the streets this week.  If you want your quarterly update report sooner, e-mail me.  I’ll get you one right away!
