1358 Justin is a wide, almost Hacienda-esque home, just below Bel Aire. It looks way bigger than it is. The price for size seems pretty high, but the location is good… I dunno ’bout this one.
1230 Irving has a guest house, but the picture was literally painful… I decided not to publish it here. **snerk** The price is a bit painful, too.
1428 Virginia is just the opposite. I’ve loved this home since the last time it was on the market… maybe 10 years ago? As I recall, this home was remodeled by the owner contractor and was intended to be his “forever” home. It sold quickly then and could sell quickly again. I sure wish I had this listing… but maybe I can sell it!!! Who wants to buy?
