For the 4th (or 5th?) day in a row I have nothing particularly interesting to talk about in regards to the real estate activity in Northwest Glendale. No new listings, for sure. A few stale homes with price reductions, but not juicy price reductions - you know the kind that make you stand up and go “That’s what I’m talking about, baby!”. And, sadly, no sales. (except for mine *wink wink*)

It feels like we are holding our breath - and are beginning to turn a lovely shade of blue. Sellers are waiting for spring, the buyers are waiting for more inventory and the Realtors are waiting for their fancy Jaguars to get back from the mechanics. (Yes, I had a Jaguar for a little while - a vintage Jag, thank you very much. No, it did not make me feel “arrived”. Yes, it spent half it’s life with Tony, the crazy Brit mechanic. No, I would never do the ostentatious car thing again. What? My Lexus? Oh, that puppy is practical! It has a GPS system and it goes real fast!)

Based on homeowners that I have talked with recently, I think we will still see a brisk Spring - but I just wonder when we will start.  Our faces are trending toward purple…
