Look at this home at 920 Crestview. Isn’t it lovely? Isn’t it innocent looking? Actually, it is lovely and the house is faultless. However, this is the escrow that wouldn’t close! Those of you who live nearby know what I am talking about.But today I can say **Whew!** and “yipee” because it finally closed and the new owners can move in.
The problem was primarily the company hired to handle the relocation for the homeowners. (This is different than Coldwell Banker). This company took a very long time to do basic paperwork and as a result the buyer got caught up in the changes to the lending industry.
We persevered and the buyers are very happy with their new home. The sellers are very happy they got $900,000 as a sales price. I am happy that I can stop filling up the pool. Photos of 920 Crestview here
