When is a listing “New”?

Today we only have price reductions. Actually, there were 2 “new” listings, but they weren’t really new. In both cases, the sellers had hired a completely new agent, but kept their old price. Someday I’ll write a great essay on why this strategy is doomed to failure, but for now, just know that a new listing isn’t always… well, new.
On the subject of foolish, or perhaps just merely amusing, check out Kenilworth. They reduced by $1,000?! Do they think we are all idiots?
1600 Ben Lomond is finally at a salable price. This is a good opportunity for someone!
Today we put Kenneth Rd. to bed. I’ll be able to tell you the price in the near future. Just know that the seller is quite happy with the results!
