Boy, is it dead out there. Real Estate offices everywhere are empty - no agents, no life, no hustle. It’s like everyone walked off the playing field especially early this year!

Everyone, that is, except the buyers and sellers. Open houses have been busy and phones are busy with sellers wanting to sell and buyers curious about listings and I’m having a great time. The agents that took off for the holidays are missing on a true fact about residential real estate - people like to “git ‘r done” before the end of the year.

I have 3 new listings that I am very excited about a a couple of motivated buyers. So - would you like a nice new home for the holidays?
