You should note that 2952 Valderas is a townhouse, not a single family – thought it certainly feels more like a house than a unit. It is located on the hill just behind the park, a very serene location. 4645 Hillard is one of my favorite listings in La Canada. The listing agent tells me the owners are willing to deal- call me for the scoop!!!!

This is not a complete list. I’ve been hinting for days about a fabulous new listing in Northwest Glendale and it, too, will be open Sunday, 1 PM to 4 PM.
