Happy Friday, y’all!  Looks like our amazing So. Cal weather is holding and I’ll be out there enjoying the sun and chatting with the neighborhood.

Today I have exactly nothing to report.  Thursday must have been the collective day off for every Realtor in town, because there are no new listings, sales or even price reductions!  Wild, isn’t it?

Sunday I am holding my “crown jewel” listing open.  This is the exciting house at 707 Estelle.  If you click on the address, you will see a property information sheet.   I will be there from 1PM to 4PM.  Come on by!  (And buy… ;-))
