My top pick for the weekend is 3599 Pheasant. This is a very rare one story contemporary home in the Fairoaks development waaaaay up in the Chevy Chase hills. Almost every new style home is multi level, and that just doesn’t work for those of us with creaky knees. If you are looking for the perfect move down solution I encourage you to see this house!
1330 Cordova is the perfect vintage cottage with 2 bedrooms. Located above Mountain in the Rossmoyne area, I think this is the best value out there for location. I am thinking a downsizing couple who still value character home living would be ideal for this sweet abode.
