November Micro Market Reports

Long time Readers know that I dissect the local market each and every month.  I tell you the good news and the bad while trying to impart some sense of where the real estate winds are blowing.

Everyone knows it is just an educated guess, but, as I spend oodles of time listening to the brightest minds in real estate, I figure my guess is ever so slightly better than the monkey next door.
