560 Cumberland 560 Cumberland - this is one of 3 Spanish homes on the right hand side of the road as you go toward Pacific.  I say this because I always miss this house.  It sits slightly below grade is at an angle to the street and sort of fades into the landscape.  The good is the Trestle Beamed ceilings and Spanish tile stairs.  The bad is the backyard.  Or lack thereof.

1363 Cleveland

1363 Cleveland is a sweet home that hasn’t been sold since 1979.  This looks like a typical LOL house (little old lady), well maintained but dated.  I think the best part is the curb appeal.  Location is nice and I think the price is nice, but not outstanding.

1144 Allen is legally two units, but the agent decided to market it as a single family with a guest house.  I wonder why that seems like a good idea…. but I’ve never bothered to go see this, so I can’t really judge.  It is back on the market, even though the seller is offering a big commission.  I’m betting it was the financing that killed it.  Lenders are demanding 25% down payment on most units - even when it is owner occupied.

Just as a small note, our inventory is up to 67 homes on the market.  It was 61 homes last month.  This, alone, isn’t too bad.  However, the rate of homes sales has slowed considerably.  This means we have a ton of inventory!
