Monday morning, the week before Christmas.  Is anyone frantically making to do lists in the vain and futile hope that this year - in contrast to all the other years before it- this year you will get it all done?

Me - I’m a realist.  I sat down this morning to make a list of all that needs to be done so that I can decide what ain’t gonna happen.  Cookies?  Ain’t gonna happen.  Extra special coordinated wrapping scheme?  Same.  Go see Golden Compass?  Nope, at least not this week.  The items that are left are daunting enough and I need to stay rested and healthy this week.  How you planning to balance your health with your holiday plans?

Here is your activity report for over the weekend.  Glenwood Rd. and Lee Dr. are new listings and Ruberta and Crestview are price changes. Crestview is the house I had listed, remember that one?  The buyer decided they didn’t want the house (Thank God it was after the close of escrow) and they are trying to sell it.  They started at 1,060,000, so the new price is quite a drop.  We are all very curious to know the end of this saga!

510 Palm is was a probate and a major fixer.  It is on a block of apartments and condos.
