Hey!  The new listing on Highland looks like a potential deal!  This bank owned property had a fire a couple of years ago (I think it was in the kitchen)- wonder if the bank will disclose that?  Do they know?

I had Lee Dr. open this weekend.  It was cold, rainy and dark, but the buyers came out in droves.  Most are in a state of terrible conflict - “we want to buy, but everyone tells us it’s a stupid idea.  What should we do?”  My advice is to stop listening to your friends and family.  They mean well, but they can’t know whether is it is the right time for you or not - and no one knows when the bottom of the market will be.

There are fantastic opportunities for the buyers today.  If there is a right house on the market today - buy it.  Don’t stay in  stuck-itis. It is a terrible place to be.
