 Alright, don’t everyone come running all at once to buy a house….slow down kids. Which is exactly what is happening. Here are last weeks stats. The numbers are steady with no sudden spikes in escrows, closings, or even new coming properties. Don’t worry I believe that saying for “what goes up… must come down” works both ways! =)
