I have 2 entries in my own chart today! Whoo-hoo!

611 Olmsted is one I’ve mentioned before. This 2 story Georgian Colonial is an impressive and gracious house. You can click on the flyer in the right sidebar of this blog. 1526 Cleveland is still struggling to find a buyer. Great block, decent house but still high in the price. 1900 Ransom is that very cool Mid Century home with the view. It is a great house, but compared to the house on Cumberland Terr. it is still way over priced.

1332 E. Winchester is back in escrow. Again. Let’s hope this buyer sticks.

Finally, 1114 Norton is in escrow (my listing). We had 2 offers on this well maintained house on a large lot within 3 days. The seller picked one and I sure hope we picked the right one! Well, if these people don’t perform, we have a huge list of people who missed out and want to know the moment there might be a second chance. This just confirms my belief that there are a lot of buyers out there but they are waiting for a really good value.

On a side note, I have a great listing that is out of the neighborhood, but worth knowing about.

1017 Howard is in the Rossmoyne area of Glendale. Not only is this house super tasty, it has huge amounts of space! I will hold this open on Wednesday for the brokers and Saturday for the public.
