  • Information is derived from the I-Tech MLS system and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
  • Not all homes are sold or listed by Kendyl Young
  • $/SF means price per square foot.
  • DOM/CDOM – DOM is “days on market” and CDOM is “cumulative days on market”.  This is the sum total of days on the market in the previous 365 days.  This is useful, for example, when a property changes its broker and the new agent lists it as a new listing.  New to the broker – not new to the market.
  • Original Price – whenever possible I will tell you the original price even if it was 3 agents and 245 days ago
  • List Price and Sold Price – seriously, isn’t this self explanatory?
  • New Listing – see above
  • Price Reduced – pretty obvious, too
  • In Escrow - This is a property that is under an accepted contract, but not closed escrow.  We won’t know the sold price until escrow closes.  And, you should know, being in escrow does not mean the property will close escrow.  It could fall out and start the whole process all over again.  Really painful..
  • Sold - This is the happy making joyful dancing part of the chart.  YEA!
