New listing? Not really. 1333 Idlewood has been around the block and back - several times! This time it is a bank owner property, but I wouldn’t say the price is all that exciting. Remember the blue tarp over the balcony this last few weeks? Neighbors say that the inside is all, well, moist. Remember when I told you that foreclosures are not always a steal of a deal? Here ya go.

1611 Bel Aire is steadily working it’s way to an exciting deal, but it ain’t there yet. Anybody interested in this home should just make an offer. They are certainly showing some motivation!

Inventory in Northwest Glendale is holding firm at 61 single family homes available. That is about 5 months worth of inventory. Like the weather, spring is slowly springing!
