The weather is perfect for selling homes here in Glendale. Puffy, white clouds, brilliant blue sky and perfect temps. I was over on the Valley View side of Cumberland and every house sparkled like a precious jewel.
Today we add 2 new homes to our Glendale inventory and we don’t take any away. Looks like we are starting our spring inventory build up, woo hoo!
516 South is a bank owned property, which is the same as an REO. It looks like a very clean and bright home with an open floor plan. This block, however, has a lot of apartment buildings.
1848 Mountain is an awesome location for this price. The house is pretty small. The lot is a downslope lot, so any additions will be a bit tricky.
I see 853 Omar reduced their price. Perhaps the wish sandwich post stung a little?
