It has been a quiet week so far. 1230 Irving is not giving much incentive for attention. At $528/sf, I need more than 2 pictures of the front and a picture of the garage to go see it!
1553 Ridgeway is my “favorite LOL house”. (This does not mean laugh out loud. That would be rude. Click on the link for explanation!) I am glad to see it is in escrow! Since the agent changed the list price and the status on the same day, should we assume this is also the sold price?
