For Buyers. The internet has changed the game as buyers have nearly the same access to home listings as Realtors. However, finding a home is just the first baby step. Buying a home is multi-step, complicated process- 1 out of every 3 homes under contract will not successfully close escrow. My buyers will move into the home they select because I make sure they have the tools for success upfront.

As a Realtor I am intensely important to a family or individual for a short period of time. During this time I am educator, counselor, therapist, friend and emotional support. I am responsible for guiding people through one of the largest financial transactions most will ever have and, if I am successful, my input will have long lasting, positive impact, on people’s lives. I think that is really cool.
